  • Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.Deposits may be taken, this is up to the discretion of the stylist/therapist.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

  • Payment: We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

  • Product Returns: We do not accept returns on any hair or beauty products. If you have any concerns about a product, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Personal Belongings: Please be sure to remove all personal belongings from the salon prior to leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Health and Safety: We follow all local health and safety guidelines. We may ask you to complete a health questionnaire before your service.

  • Photo Release: By receiving service at our salon, you give permission for us to use any photos taken of you for promotional purposes.
